Geomant’s Buzzeasy Multichannel Agent Desktop Now Rated “Avaya Compliant”

Geomant, a leading Systems Integrator specialising in contact centre technology and digital engagement solutions, today announced that its Buzzeasy Multichannel Agent Desktop is compliant with key Avaya IX™ Workplace Calling solutions. The Buzzeasy Multichannel Agent Desktop is a web-based agent desktop that provides a single interface for agents to handle both voice and digital interactions seamlessly. Call control (answer, transfer, hold, etc.) is provided for voice calls managed by Avaya IX Workplace, whilst digital channels (Email, Chat, SMS, Social Media, WhatsApp, etc.) are managed and routed to the same agents by the Buzzeasy cloud platform. Digital interactions can be fronted by tailored AI Bots designed and deployed within Buzzeasy.

The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya IX Workplace Calling components Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 8.1 and Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services 8.1.
