Desktop Connect from Geomant unites Salesforce with Avaya Communication Manager (CM), extending the power and versatility of Salesforce by adding Avaya’s telephony functions, as well as intelligent screen-pop, softphone, click-to-dial capabilities, call recording and a unified agent desktop. This powerful combination delivers greater efficiency, a reduction in call handling times and an improved customer experience.
